Choosing the right type of cleaning is essential to the success of your cleaning experience! We offer basic and deluxe cleanings. We can help you choose the right fit for your property, budget and needs.
Basic Move-in / Move-out Cleaning
Clean Countertops
Clean front of appliances; inside/outside microwave
Stovetop, grates or drip pans scrubbed
Spot clean exterior of cabinets
Sanitize sink; polish fixtures
Scrub tub/shower; polish fixtures
All bathroom counters & fixtures sanitized
Clean mirrors
Sanitize toilet and toilet area
Light fixtures hand wiped in place (not removed)
Cobwebs removed
Baseboards wiped
All cabinet fronts hand washed or wiped
All doors and door frames hand washed or wiped
*We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster (provided by client).
*Please have an extendable duster on site for fans and light fixtures that are higher than we can reach on a 2-step stool.
*Please have a toilet bowl brush next to each toilet bowl you would like cleaned.
*Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent it entirely.
*We do not clean exterior spaces, including exterior doors and windows.
Deluxe Move-in / Move-out Cleaning:
Clean inside cabinets & drawers in kitchen and bathrooms
Wash cabinet fronts
Wash baseboards
Cabinet fronts hand washed or wiped
Add-ons:
Oven cleaning – interior
Fridge – interior
Hand-wipe blinds/shutters
