Choosing the right type of cleaning is essential to the success of your cleaning experience! We recommend that all of our new clients (as well as those we haven’t worked with in some time) begin with deep cleaning service. Deep cleaning goes the extra mile to tend to your home.
Here’s what you can expect in your top to bottom deep cleaning:
Hand wash or wipe ceiling fan blades and light fixtures (that are within reach standing on a 2 step ladder)
Light fixtures hand wiped in place (not removed)
Cobwebs removed
Baseboards hand washed or wiped (reachable without moving furniture)
Pictures & knick-knacks dusted or hand wiped
Uncluttered shelves hand wiped
Furniture wiped
Outside of appliances cleaned / inside microwave
Stovetop, grates or drip pans scrubbed
All cabinet fronts hand washed or wiped
Vacant homes: drawers, empty shelves, inside cabinets hand washed or wiped
All doors and door frames hand washed or wiped
All sinks scrubbed/disinfected
Mirrors cleaned
Tub/shower & tiles (double scrubbed for build up_
All bathroom counters & fixtures sanitized
Waste baskets emptied/re-lined
Stairs (vacuumed)
Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped)
*We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster (provided by client).
*We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.
*Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent it entirely.
*We do not clean exterior spaces, including exterior doors and windows.
